Great location and great area for walking, restaurants, parks, bakeries galore, etc. Terrific wifi! The apartment was not very clean when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing. No air conditioning we could find and VERY noisy if you leave the windows open at night. The washing machine didn't seem to work properly. One bedroom is quite roomy, the other is very small and is in need of a bedside table. Lighting in the 2nd bathroom is very dim. There were no basic items such as handsoap, even to get you started. Had to go out and buy everything upon arrival. We didn't find a grocery store in the area, just a few "corner shops" with bits and pieces of things. Lovely parks nearby and some fabulous restaurants. Easy to walk almost anywhere. We found the taxis to be plentiful and often much cheaper than taking the public transportation options. Suggest a bit more effort goes into making this place comfortable -- better cleaning, bedside table in 2nd bedroom, working air conditioning, some basic hand soap and some throw pillows/art on the walls to spruce it up.

If you are looking for a place in a great location, this is it! we love this area! Principe Real has it all, shops the cutest cafe to have brunch or lunch or just a coffee in the nearby park. Great restaurants are a stone's throw away. Awesome restaurants are everywhere and sites are walkable from your doorstep. The apartment is only 2 flights up and quite large and super quiet. The beds were quite comfy. The furnishings were basic, but that's all we needed, nothing fancy.It was clean and near everything we needed. I would recommend .

Great spacious apartment in good location, making it easy to walk everywhere. Nice and quiet too and close to nice cafes and the botanical gardens. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Daniel (our host) made us feel extremely welcome. He showed us absolutely everything in and around the apartment. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine! The apartment couldn't have been more central. And it was spotless! I have never been in a more clean Airbnb. The apartment had everything you could wish for. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Notre hôte a été charmant et nous a bien reçu. Notre arrivée a été tardive (23h) et comme prévu il nous attendait. L'appartement était conforme aux photos, propre vaste et les chambres côté cour nous ont permises de bien dormir au calme. Lits confortables, grand placards de rangements, l'équipement cuisine en vaisselle et ustensiles suffisant. Tout était "nickel". Il y avait même une bouteille de vin de la région qui était offerte et nous l' avons bu à l'heure de l'apéro sur le balcon.. c'était très sympa!! Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Lisbonne dans un quartier tranquille et à deux pas du bairo alto très festif Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons particulièrement cet appartement et hôte ! Great location!

Très bel appartement offrant toutes les commodités, spacieux avec divers équipement ménagers... Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne : des restaurants, bars et boutiques à proximité. Très bon accueil de l'équipe avec bouteille de vin offerte et mise à disposition de guides touristiques. Nous avons eu un problème avec la connexion WIFI qui a été réglé rapidement... Je recommande !!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Der Wohn- und Essbereich liegt im Vorderhaus und geht auf eine viel befahrene Straße; ist daher auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich laut. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über je ein französisches Bett und liegen ruhig zum Hinterhof. Aus meiner Sicht am besten geeignet für zwei Paare oder für Familien mit kleineren Kindern. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, mit mehreren Bäckereien, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden direkt vor der Haustür. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der kleine Park Principe Real mit Parkrestaurant, Spielplatz und Bushaltestelle. ÖPNV-Tickets gibt es im Schreibwarenladen schräg gegenüber. Empfehlenswert!

Perfect apartment in the best area in town. This place was just perfect and was very hard to leave. I am already planning my trip back. If you are ever in Lisbon I would totally go for this beautiful place!

This place looks better in person than the photos. The location is the best in town and I would like to stay here everytime I come to Lisbon.
