A very spacious duplex where the modernity combines perfectly with the elegance!
This exceptional four bedroom holiday apartment is set at the heart of the elegant neighbourhood of Chiado. Set on the 6th floor (with elevator) it is located in a historic building designed by famous architect Siza Vieira, completely renovated, combining the best of old and new. In the other side of this street we have our apartments 200 and 202.
This spacious apartment full of natural light can host 9 people, where all comfort and design details have not been forgotten.
Located on one of the main streets of chic and active Chiado, you will be surrounded by trendy cafés and shops. Definitely it is ideal for a stay in the city during holidays or for business...
The subway is at a few steps away and is it also walking distance to the train stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon, to Sintra and to all the sightseeing in and outside the city.
There are two public parking garages at your disposal within a 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is a duplex with 226 m2 and has been renovated to include the following:
First floor:
- one living room with sitting and dining areas and a balcony where you can enjoy your special meal. It has satellite TV, DVD and stereo;
- a colourful bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm);
- a bathroom with bathtub;
- a wc;
- a kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, microwave and a fridge with freezer.
Second floor:
- a bedroom suite with a two single beds (90 cm x 200cm), walking closet and a bathroom with bathtub;
- Two bedrooms with two single beds each (90 cm x 200 cm);
- a bathroom with bathtub.
The building has an elevator.
All rooms are provided with central heating.
Wireless internet connection available for those who have their own laptop with Wi-Fi compatible equipment.
There is a garage in another building not far away from the apartment that can be used upon request by our guests.

UBICAZIONE
Gli appartamenti 200 e 202 sono ubicati in Rua Garrett, nel quartiere Chiado. Ci sono altri appartamenti a Chiado.
Da sottolineare che Chiado è considerata la zona più bella del centro storico di Lisbona. Nel passato è stato il luogo di residenza della sovranità portoghese e delle elite culturali. Nelle sue vicinanze sorgono il teatro S. Luis e il teatro lirico S. Carlos. Un poco più avanti ritroviamo la piazza Camões (Praça de Camões), nelle vicinanze del Bairro Alto, quartiere genuinamente pittoresco. Gran parte della vita notturna di Lisbona è concentrata in questo quartiere dove si può ascoltare il “fado”in alcuni ristoranti e locali. Chiado e Bairro Alto sono quartieri dove la gente del posto ed i turisti si incontrano, qui sorgono eleganti alberghi, antiche caffetterie ed i migliori negozi. Gli appartamenti si trovano inoltre a soli cinque minuti a piedi dai negozi più alla moda e dal famoso café Brasileira.
A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la funicolare Bica ed anche la piazza Rossio, nella Baixa. Non lontano, sulle rive del Tago, si trova la Praça (Piazza) do Comércio antico centro dell’Impero Portoghese.
Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi, ristoranti, bar, banche, bancomat, trasporti pubblici (compresa la stazione metropolitana Baixa/Chiado a 50 metri e il tram) e fermate di taxi 24 ore al giorno. Nella stessa piazza troviamo una farmacia e l’ufficio delle poste così come negozi di generi alimentari.
Per raggiungere le bellissime località di Sintra o Óbidos basta prendere il treno alla stazione di Entre-Campos che è facilmente raggiungibile prendendo la metropolitana a Chiado.
L’aeroporto più vicino è l’aeroporto internazionale di Lisbona che dista 12 km mentre la stazione ferroviaria più vicina è la stazione Ferroviaria Internazionale di Santa Apolónia a soli 1 km di distanza.

La gestión de reserva fue muy fácil y rápida. Al llegar la recepción y entrega de llaves se hizo tal y como nos dijeron y el apartamento está situado en un sitio inmejorable. La limpieza muy bien y el menaje y ropa de cama y baño en perfecto estado.. Si volvemos a Lisboa repetiremos sin duda en este apartamento. |
Wir haben die Wohnung mit sechs Personen genutzt und hatten superviel Platz. Neun Personen passen locker hinein. Gut ausgestattet, Restaurants direkt im Hinterhof, zentral gelegen, alles top. |
