BESCHREIBUNG
This new apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a building that was completely renovated to offer all the comfort and modernity.
The decoration was idealized and realized by a Portuguese designer. You will find several famous artists through the decoration such as "Bordallo Pinheiro". You will find everything you need for a short or long stay.
Located right in the heart of Lisbon, it has easy access to Marquês de Pombal subway station (7 minutes walking distance).
The apartment 322 has 62m2 and is composed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200);
- 1 kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped (electric plate, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine for Dolce Gusto capsules)
- 1 Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140x200) and dining table with capacity for 4 people. The living room also has access to a small balcony;
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub.
The bedroom and living room have convertible air conditioning (hot and cold).
There is also wi-fi coverage that can be accessed for those who bring compatible equipment.
Extras: you can ask for the delivery of breakfast in your apartment, baby sitting, catering, chauffeur and guided tours.
You will be greeted with a bottle of wine!
In the present time there are renovations in the building next to the apartment. Occasional noise may occur during business hours (08:00-18:00).

The nearest subway station to these apartments is Avenida and Marquês de Pombal.
This is a very central area of the city of Lisbon and has long been associated with elegance and fashion.
Leaving Rossio you will enter Avenida da Liberdade, an avenue that connects Praça dos Restauradores to Marquês de Pombal. This is one of the most important avenues of the city, rebuilt after the 1755 earthquake by the Marquis of Pombal in the same style of the Champs Elysees in Paris, where you can find the headquarters of banks, national and international major law firms, hotel chains and known trademarks.
Here you will find internationally renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Chanel, Christian Dior and many others.
If your intent is just strolling you are also in the right place. You can walk around involved in a glamour atmosphere, admiring the architecture of the early twentieth century and enjoy this environment in one of the many food quiosques on the side of Avenida. You will also find Tivoli Theatre. Up the Avenue towards Marquês do Pombal, you will glimpse Parque Eduardo VII. You can take a walk and watch a breathtaking view over the city. This park is often the venue for exhibitions and also to the annual Book Fair from May to June.
The Marques de Pombal roundabout is a major intersection of the Lisbon subway line (yellow and blue lines).
The distance from this square to the international airport is about 6 kms.

If you choose the A2 across the Tagus River by Ponte 25 de Abril you may make a detour to visit Costa da Caparica, Sesimbra, Portinho da Arrábida beaches and head towards Algarve, making a visit to the Alentejo coast.
If you do not wish to go to the other river bank, the A5 will take you towards Estoril, Cascais and Sintra.
From Marquês do Pombal, through Avenida Joaquim António de Aguiar, you´ll reach Amoreiras. In this multipurpose area of modern architecture you can find the well-known Amoreiras shopping center, open until 23:00, where there are numerous buses and taxis.
