DESCRIPTION
A villa with private pool, overlooking the sea and near the beach.
This house is situated in Ericeira, is very spacious and is equipped to accommodate up to 8 people.
This house with 296 m2 includes:
Ground floor:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (120 cm x 200 cm),has no window and is separated from the living room, receives natural light through a curtain;
- 1 wc;
- 1 small living room with an extra single bed (80 cm x 200 cm) with access to garden and pool.
First floor:
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm);
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- 1 living room with local TV and DVD;
- the kitchen is fully equipped and with a dining area, with dishwasher machine, stove and oven, fridge with freezer and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Second floor:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (120 cm x 200 cm), with a bathroom with bathtub;
- 1 bedroom with three single beds (80 cm x 200 cm);
- 1 bedroom with a single bed (80 cm x 200 cm) and two cribs, with the possibility of putting one more crib if necessary;
- 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi;
Outside you can find the swimming pool (1,20 to 2 meters), a terrace and a garden.
Transfers can be arranged from the Lisbon airport to the house, and vice versa. It can also be arranged cleaning when necessary.
LOCATION
This beach house is located in an area between Ericeira (1 km) and the beach of Ribeira de Ilhas.
Ericeira is one of the most beautiful beach towns at the west coast of Portugal, 45 km from Lisbon.
It is reputed by the beauty of the beaches, the variety of commerce, patisseries and social life. This region is also well known for the quality of its seafood restaurants.
To get there, we can organize transfers from Lisbon airport or you can take the bus from Lisbon. It takes about 35 minutes.
Ribeira de Ilhas is one of the best European spots to surf and one of the world surf championship takes place.
You can walk from the house to Ribeira de Ilhas, to any of the beaches of Ericeira or to the town center.

I stayed at this house with 7 grownups and 1 child for 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time in this fully equipped property. The house provided everything we needed and we were allowed to use everything the place could offer. It is located quite close to the beach Ribeira d'Ilhas, but if you have a child or want to surf it is best to have a car even though it is just a 2 minute ride to Ericeira and the next beaches. The house itself is quite clean, in a calm neighbourhood with lots of rooms and bathrooms, a pool, 3 levels, all with balcony or terrace. Ericeira is a small town with lots of possibilites to eat, drink and party and Lisbon is only a 40 min ride by car (the public buses from Ericeira take a bit longer, though). The owner is very friendly and willing to answer all the questions you can come up with. I can totally recommend this property for a holiday stay. Especially for families with children (everything is child-friendly) or a bigger group of friends for a relaxed holiday. |
We had two wonderful weeks in the sunny home of Alexandra in Ericeira. The house lived up to all expectations, is spacious and comfortable and located on walking distance of Ericeira. This town is friendly and welcoming and you can smell and feel the atmosphere of the beach, sea and surf life there. The grilled fish tastes furthermore amazing. In the area is more than enough to see and experience and Lissabon is only 30 minutes by car. An absolute must if you have a larger group of people and you want a sunny culture, beach and surf vacation in an excellent villa! |
