This apartment was decorated with the maximum care to offer you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay of short or long term.
It is located in a quiet area and close to several services and supermarkets.
Regarding the location of the apartment: 600 meters away you have the big avenue Almirante Reis. A 10 minute walk you will find the metro station Alameda and 13 minutes' walk you will be at the Anjos station, both are located on the green line which gives you direct access to the Baixa de Lisboa.
The apartment has 64m2 and is composed as follows:

LOCATION
This is mostly a residential area with many available means of transport .
The subway stations closer to the apartment are Anjos and Intendente.
Using the subway or one of the several buses you can reach to the train that will take you to the outskirts of Lisbon to know Sintra and the famous beaches of Cascais,Estoril and Costa da Caparica.
Avenida Almirante Reis is a long avenue that connects the square Areeiro to Praça do Martim Moniz.Praça do Martim Moniz is 5 minutes walking to Praça da Figueira and Rossio, the heart of the historic centre of Lisbon.
Alameda and Areeiro's area is mainly residential but you can find banks, shops, bakeries, renowed breweries and the known Instituto Superior Técnico (Engineering University).
Praça do Chile is also a known point of the city where there is the intersection with Avenue Morais Soares, also full of trade.
A little further down you can find Cervejaria Portugália which already has nearly a century of existence. It is especially famous for its steaks and the seafood.
Apart from Cervejaria Portugália this avenue has several renewned seafood restaurants.
In the area of the Anjos and Intendente you will find a space for sharing and multicultural cohabitation with an endless number of shops and other national cultures.
