Apartment 163 is a duplex located on 17th floor (with lift) of a modern design building, in the Expo area. It faces the River Tagus with an amazing view of both the river and the city.

The apartment is in the heart of Parque das Nações close to all the most important commerce, offices and entertainment areas, as well as the pedestrian and bicycle area by the river. Buses, train and metro stops are also less than 5 minutes away.

You are also at about 30 minutes by subway to the historic centre of Lisbon.

• a living room with 2 double sofa beds, a leather lounge chair, a table with place for six, cable TV, Dvd player, playstation with games; there is a dining area communicating with the kitchen;

• a toilette.

The apartment has central heating and also broad-band wireless internet access.

There is a garage with one parking place included in the rental price and the possibility of another one upon request (20€/day).

Apartment 163 is located at Parque das Nações, the modern area completely built up for the World's Fair in 98 (EXPO). There are several other apartments at Parque das Nações.

The apartment has a very central location with all public transportation at the doorstep (metro, train, airport). One minute walking distance to restaurants, bars & other entertainment (Casino, Aquarium - Oceanario- , Pavilhão Atlantico (Events Pavillion/ Concert House), Movie theatres).

The FIL exhibition building and Lisbon's nautical centre at the Oceanarium are also nearby.

Vasco da Gama shopping mall is just downstairs. Also less than 5 minutes walking to gardens, sports facilities, and the pedestrian Parque das Nações area.

There is easy access to historic downtown through Calatraba designed Gare do Oriente multimodal station (train or subway). From here you will arrive in about 30 minutes into the old town centre of the capital with all of the historical sightseeing attractions and entertainment.
